Shipping & Returns

We ship worldwide from Milwaukee, Wisconsin within 3 business days upon confirmation of your order. You will receive an email with a tracking number after the shipment is processed. 

SHIPPING CHARGES
Both international and domestic delivery is $7.00.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY
It usually takes up to 7 days for your parcel to reach you, however, small delays may occur on international orders.

*Shipping couriers are unable to guarantee estimated delivery dates due to ongoing global pandemic and high volume of shipments. Thank you for your understanding for the delays you may incur.

TAXES AND CUSTOM FEES
International orders may be subjected to local customs duties and taxes that Verranox is not responsible for. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Please reach out via email first if you wish to return any items & send the package within 14 days after receiving it.

You are responsible for covering any return shipping costs and ensuring it gets back safely. After confirmation of the return parcel being delivered, you’ll be refunded the original amount paid minus the initial shipping costs. Please allow up 1-3 business days to process a return.
